I've followed the pump for several years, it is what lead me to TTL. There are two considerations on the pump that make it a value. 1. There are no rods or tubing and it has a much smaller motor, thus it is much-much more economical to operator(your source is correct). 2. In the majority of the field test where I have first hand information, the water production dropped and the oil production increased x's 2++ This can change the economics on stripper wells...and there are thousands of them...However the trail of years that lead me to TTL, they are the guys who ended up the pump, open the door to see Aqua fuel. Read this stuff carefully...this isn't standard "H" it is a hybrid. I like Dr.Santilli's rep and work...this is why the Wal-mart analogy could be more than a wishful fantasy. Happy hunting!
