I couldn't agree more. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS is what has allowed DELL's superb management team to beat the snot out of the competition. Execution is not a problem, at present.

Darrell, never said that Dell will stumble today or tomorrow. However, the larger a company gets, the harder it is to control internal and external events. Thus, the chance of stumbling increases. Look at Intel and the problems they are now encountering. Do I think that Intel will recover, the answer is a big...yes.
