I already have called GLOW before... all I got were evasive answers to my questions. Since then I have used this SI thread to ask some of those questions, it seems that GLOW management is more willing to answer questions when pressed by confused shareholders (and even then only one morsel at a time). At this point in time I don't see a need to speak to Gary B. , anything he has to say he can say to ALL the SI-GLOW readers. Ciao Riccardo P.S. I may ,of course, e-mail him!
