<<You believe the Bible is inspired by God? What proof do you have? Where does the Bible ever say that the whole book is inspired by God? Or is this a teaching from your church?>>

2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Oh my friend. I believe you forgot to read the verse right before 2 Timothy 3:16, which says:

Since you were a child you have studied the scripture. All scripture inspired by God, and is profitable for doctrine for reproof, for correction, for instruction, in rightesouness

Why is that important? When Timothy was a child, the only scripture which existed was the Old Testament. This verse cannot refer to any of the New Testament since none of it had been written when Timothy was a child.

Again, the Bible has no self reference. It is a collection of books that were never meant to be a collection. It had no divine authority to be placed together. And as evidence of that, there is not one place in the Bible which refers to the entire book.
