Hi Shlomi!
As always, it was great to hear from you. When I read your inserted message and got to the 46% decline in VocalTec, I couldn't help but think that this is a great buying opportunity. But when I read on to the following quote I was convinced that we are on our way up. At the time this was posted voclf was at 11 1/8. It closed today at 12 1/8. This is the quote from the end of your inserted message:

"Internet telephone and communications software developer Vocaltec (NASDAQ:VOCLF - news) looked to be the 'next big thing' as the theory
went that people would begin using the Internet for phone calls. And they are.

At these share levels we consider Vocaltec prey for a telco or Lucent-type firm to acquire them simply for their installed base. If so, the server and client IP communications technology, which is robust, would be gravy on the deal."

Thanks again, Shlomi, for you insightful comments.

Kindest regards,
Don
