Don we have an election on July 12, and for two to four weeks after that we will not know what will be the shape of the packages proposed to solve the problems in Japan. This was why I felt that the next rally of the dollar above 150 will not occur for another month at least, and that the Maginot line at 14,000 will be defended ferociously. The future break of these lines is one reason I feel less than sanguine about our markets after the summer rally.
