Perhaps it has to do with Canada Day, since today is July 1st, which is the same as July 4th in the states??????????

Hi Kevin... I don't put much faith in those articles either, but the article was yesterday, and MiriamsSon wanted someone to copy it. I finally read it and I'm actually impressed with the way it was written. Whether it all comes about is another story. In regard to the reverse split and the share price not reflecting it, I read on the AOL thread that someone called their broker, and he said that AGTI didn't file the papers properly for the reverse split and that's why nothing has changed. Take it FWIW. Maybe they should forget about it and continue trying to get financing. I would rather wait than have the split (just my opinion). That would be a plus for Nieman and company if they had a press release stating that they reconsidered and decided not to have the reverse split...Oh...I'm sorry...the recent heat wave in NE Ohio made me delirious for a moment... As Randy always says...Cheers! and tables...Bulgar
