Not short, and there is no short position in this stock to speak of.I have already said I owned in the past and have no position currently. Came back to see if there was any more information, but it seems there is nothing but the same lack of real information from the company. HIV2 is a perfect example. Check out the facts about HIV2 with any company in the aids testing business and you will discover the truth of my post. If the FDA changes their position, this may recede. If not, this will be a problem for ANY company without a license. And with Abbott holding a license, and developing their next generation test, the future may look different than you perceive.

The delema 4 a lot of investors is that right now, there are a LOT of "steals" in the small cap/tech area. Question is where to have money
for the next 6 months. If a company is attractively valued and has great prospects, but stands to get hamered during tax selling season, why buy now? This does not just apply to TRIBY. EQNX, SEEQ, BARR, INVX, PTIX spring immediatly to mind. They might be even more attractively valued in late Dec. FYI Scott
