This is very frustrating. They had a 100% EPS upward surprise. Only negative I can see is that year over year was a little off. Then there's market psych - micro cap ADR's priced below $5.00 play to a very small audience, especialy when the latest "flight to quality" stampeed is on.

Good news is that PERLF works with both growth and value investors - if they'll take to time to research. PERLF had some off qtrs while they were developing their RAS products. Now that the product family and capability has grown, and therefore market response, this segment of their business will continue to grow & contribute nicely to overal margins.

Guess this one wil go down as a nice long term hold, with the IRA 18 month rule in mind for those holding in a trading acct. Scott

Perle 833 Remote Access Server Delivers Simplified Dial-Out Modem Pooling for Windows NT Users. Perle Systems First to Deliver Broad Range of Dial-Out Functionality to NT. (Link Follows). For those unfamiliar with the terms, IPX is the Novell Protocol, IP (often used interchangibably with TCP/IP) is the main protocol used in the UNIX world, which Win NT now supports, along with IPX, Release means product fits into a broader market, also shows potential users PERLF will provide upgrade paths. No $$$s associated with this, but shows management knows where the industry is going. Scott
