Excellent analysis, Unfortunately, I'm too long on AFCI, but I find it very difficult for this company to turn around, I follow Peter Lynch's philosophy, you buy for fundamentals, you leave for fundamentals, I think it's time to take a loss and dump the stock before it turns into a penny one. IMHO

Agreed. However I talked with someone in SV who knows Grivner and said that Cable and Wireless had been recruiting him for 6 months. The timing of his "departure" is "fishy". My guess is the stock trades up to $22-25/s over the next 3 months. IMOO.
