Big difference--these are PROPERTIES. It's like buying real estate vs buying a Commodore computer.

Forget AMZN for a moment.. Look at DCLK. Can you believe a 20 point move?? That is like almost 50% in a day on no news... HEHE Staying away from this sector. I love my box.... I often don't even get out of it in the morning.. Have breakfast delivered.. Heck I might even die in here.. But I won't relinquish my shorts.. Real estate?? Are you kidding?? The value of real estate is that they arent making anymore.. Web sites?? No limit....
