>> Where/when did JJC say he's not holding any DELL? <<

He didn't specifically say that he sold DELL. But he wrote a column for TSC where mentioned DELL in the piece. Noticably absent was a mention of the fund being long DELL at the end of the piece. If Cramer brings up a stock in one of his columns and he is long or short I believe he mentions it at the bottom. Also, in his last YHOO chat he sounded less bullish on DELL. In a chat on May 13th he was talking it up calling it a core holding. In his chat a week or so ago he specifically said he wouldn't call it a core holding, and he sounded like he was less enthusiastic about it.

Maybe the PC industry problems are finally affecting DELL, but I will put my trust in Mr. Dell until he is proven wrong. Just a few weeks ago DELL said business was great. I haven't heard anything from DELL to the contrary, even with all the negative industry news.

Even though DELL has been lagging M$FT, C$CO, and LU the last couple weeks it is still the #1 performer in the Nasdaq 100 this year, so maybe it is just catching it's breath. I think the chart looks like a nice cup with handle forming and I expect DELL to break out before expiration.
