People people, I've got to say, there are a lot of negative rumblings on this thread. In the past, I've used them as buying opportunities, but alas, I wish tyo commit no more than 80% of my portfolio to a stock, so I have reached my full allotment. Still, this much I will say,insiders of the company still own a TON of shares. Yes, they do have cash in the bank when they sold at 35, but I have news for you, it's not enough for them. They have a KEEN interest in seeing this stock rise. You can fairly accurately predict human behavior, if you know their motivation. If anybody can come up with a reason why insiders would run the company into the ground, I'd like to hear it. I'll say this though --- MRV was founded by TECHIES. I've worked in a company of techies. Usually they are not the most astute marketing minds, but I'll be damned if they (mrv) aren't excellent business men. That's all, I've taken my lumps with this stock, wish I sold all in the 30's and not just some. At current price, I'm breaking even, but hell, if they keep making $$, eventually (Theoretically of course) the stock may rise. Richard Bo Outlaw is at the line
