I can't believe I am responding to you, but to be honest with you, I've seen what you've done to other stocks and the kind of crap you can bring to a thread. Therefore I have a very hard time believing or trusting you. I am sorry I feel that way, but you brought it on yourself through past performance. So, why should anyone think you've all the sudden had a change of heart? Striyker

i am a professional and a financial consultant. i have performed corporate valuations for major companies, however the biotech industry is not my specialty. i can say that i did do a valuation on DELL which i sent out to over 70 people which some of you may have. when it comes to valuing SGNC, each analyst will dervive a very different value (no past sales info, hundreds of assumptions to derive future cash-flows, discount rates, etc.) and what will matter will be the value derived from some punk out of Wharton or the U of C (my lovely MBA school) will place on this company and will either spur tremendous buying/takeover or not. so, the real problem is not for us the value this company, but rather for us to guess the value that the few key analysts will come up with. i hate to say it, but it in this case i do not think our guess as to a correct value will tell us anything. sincerely dwlima
