I was thinking the same think. Also wait till he finds out the new company is still liable for any potential civil and criminal actions against the old shell.

as I said in my post that was an EMAIL I RECEIVED...I did not say anything about historicals..that was part of the email.

I just posted it, don't know a thing about the validity of it nor the company....
