dollarone, what would you do ... if you were the CEO of ABMI? You state "Maybe soon he (Steve Rash) will understand that he actually has to have products with value to improve the stock price and that he actually has to be an effective negotiator to complete a strategic alliance." First, are you saying that all or most of ABMI's products are of no significant value? Which products do you believe are of little or no value and why? Second, do you believe that any of ABMI's products have any value? If so, please identify which ones and explain why they are of value. Third, how would you have Steve Rash be more effective in his negotiations? Specifically, what actions do you believe he should take to improve his negotiating positions in efforts to establish a strategic alliances with other companies?
