Ray, you said that the True Christian is a Muslim. Incredibly intriguing statement! In Islam, we accept Christ as an elite Messenger of God. We believe that he will be held with the highest regard in Paradise. . Please elaborate how a Christian is a Muslim. Careful. I said True Christian. It is historically known that there were Christians in North Africa after Jesus' (Pbuh) departure but they were the Christians that believed God is One. And today they are Muslim. Why? Because they were forced to change their religion? No, but because when Islam came to those parts, they realized that it is what they were believing anyway and it is the natural succession. Islam does not claim to be a new Message but a continuation of the Message sent to all Holy Prophets from God - to David, Moses, Jesus, etc. That it was sent to all humanity as the final revelation from God. Muslims believe that Jesus (Pbuh) taught the same message as Islam but that after he left, others added to his words and wrote things that were not true (Jeremiah 8:8). There is ample evidence that later additions have been made to the Bible. So that Jesus (Pbuh) message was lost and buried with all the other scripture which others claimed to be from God.
