make.it.co,

I have been long OTEXF since single digits, and failed to profit from the great runup earlier this year. However, the retreat has been very slow and orderly, on extremely light volume for weeks. I do not feel that this is necessarily a bad sign. IMHO the market is just waiting for substantiation of profit and growth in the coming quarterly report (by the way, when is that expected?). I am a bit surprised at the lack of interest in this stock, compared to the movement in DCTM, for example, in light of the preponderance of good news that has come out this year. Although the absolute valuation is fairly high based on trailing earnings and sales, it is not unreasonable IMO and could expand significantly if good results are reported and sales growth is maintained. OTEXF could take off very quickly if the correct circumstances come to pass. The upside potential is probably much greater than the downside.

FWIW,
Jim Lang
