It is my opinion that grains are close to bottoming out. They have showed a little life lately but the prices could be lower during harvest, which is generally true..the farmer who needs to sell grain at harvest to pay bills in the fall generally gets "screwed", but late winter the the prices should be at their highest. I like to play these stocks ..buying during harvest and selling before the early spring weather is a known factor. Now if we think this years crop is in trouble prices will start to climb. The current crops in MN, ND, SD and Iowa are still in fair shape. I do not know what Il is experiencing at the moment.
