As I've experienced with other hype companies, I'm certain there is a lot to uncover regarding any acquisition-mostly negative. Simply put, a nearly worthless company is not magically buying a company of value. There will be a lot of notes to statements regarding merger costs and the usual band of excuses as to why the company is no longer generating 8 mil in revs. For example, "we just lost our best customer, who accounted for 99% of last year's revs". If the acquisition truly had some meat behind it, some facts would have been disclosed.
