I understand your point. I would say it differently: a valuation at this point is very speculative due to the uncertainty and speculative nature of some of the variables.

I don't guess I research. Let me tell you that I have not done the research on any of these points. This is your valuation guys. I am merely providing the model. That being say I could be talked into doing some of the research.

Not at all. There are timeframes that are used to evaluate time to approval which are fairly standard. Any comments? Also, as the model is based on discounted and risk-adjusted future cash flows/earnings time is an important variable, isn't it?

Could you please provide the source of your estimates? Thank you.
