Hey TRAV and Murray, what about the 1,000,000 shares you gave to Shelby? Don't you have to file an S-8 as this is a material event? TRAV you're acting as a director and thereby assuming legal liability. I hope you have an excellent D & O, as Millberg Weiss needs it.

However TRAV, you needn't disclose that you're buying Shelby's wife's Lambroghini with your personal AENG shares. But, don't you think that you should let her sell them and the other 10,000? I mean she's a grown up doncha know?
