My thoughts exactly. I was wondering about that too. It's always good to have a growing customer base though. Makes for more revenue to be generated from support, upgrades, training (a la the recently announced "BusinessObject Personal Trainer" that's priced at $150 per user), etc.

Also, I like the sound of this part:
