E, I am surprised that you have sunken so low....choosing to ignore data that does not support you views/wishes/dreams/prayers. I think you are right, you should probably commit yourself now as you have gone off the deep end. Do you really think staring at those charts all day is going to majically make LSI float higher? The only ones that can do that are at LSI and they don't even realize they have the power! Right now I am looking at 50,000 good reasons (current ask size) why LSI can't go higher unless management makes some statements, issues some news, clarifies current misconceptions. Forget the business E, LSI has got that covered. They have the PERFECT strategy for this transistioning semiconductor market. They don't need help in that area. Concentrate on what will make your shares worth more money, i.e. changing the perception that a 15 multiple on 1999 earnings is appropriate for a company that will grow earnings by 50% in 1999 and 25%+ in 2000. That is the opportunity E, don't turn your back on it. LSI has done everything right related to driving earnings going forward so there is no use talking about that. They get an A++, but unfortunately they are the stereotypical engineering nerd who has all the brains but can't get a date to the prom. The prom is important E, LSI deserves to go to the prom. If they don't get rid of the pocket protector, they won't be going to the prom E! Please don't keep LSI at home studying, its deserves to go to the prom!
