DCGR's GOURMET DIVISION
DCGR's experienced management understands the need for diversification and has acquired the assets of Mulberry Street (formerly Capi's Market), a themed gourmet food market / deli in Boca Raton, Florida. They plan to open other franchises throughout Florida over an 18 month period. They carry specialty product lines i.e. olive oils, dressings, fresh produce, pastries and of course a vide variety of deli meats. DCGR plans several Mulberry Street locations this year.
DCGR's ART DIVISION
After DCGR took over the OTC BB shell Power Phone, the company suddenly found themselves with thousands of original pieces of artwork from various artists from throughout the nation and Europe. [Part of the deal of the shell acquisition] These pieces are NOW auctioned off at affiliate charity events of which DCGR contributes. Half of the revenues generated from the art sales are given to charity and DCGR retains the remainder. DCGR feels art revenues for 1998 - 1998 can be substantial.
DCGR's MEDICAL DEVICE DIVISIONS [ Hair Salon / Skin Clinic[s] ]
DGCR's skin and hair salon / skin clinic[s] are located in the center of Boca Raton off Glades Road. In the salon/clinic are special hair, anti-aging / skin correction machines. The anti-aging / skin machine works like a vacuum / sand blaster all in one. It corrects skin defects, blemishes, dark spots and basically works to improve skin tone and makes the skin softer. The hair device manipulates the scalp to best determine hair oil levels and exports data for hair replacement procedures. DCGR plans to accelerate new clinics with Medial Doctors or trained specialists giving treatments.

DCGR' aggressive sales and marketing programs in the Cigar, Gourmet and Medical Device [Skin and Hair clinic] divisions should launch DCGR as a dominant market player. Additional contracts, acquisitions and increased retail outlets will fuel continued top line revenue growth with cost reducing incentives should make for a profitable 1998 - 1999 for DCGR.
Re-Cap: Meeting with Don Platten President and CEO DCGR, Very professional, knowledgeable and eager to answer all of our questions. Don talks loudly and does actually carry a big stick [cigar that is]. We met at the Waterwood Offices which were nothing remarkably special however, there was retail storefront attached. He first gave us the breakdown of DGCR's core businesses and then gave us a more detailed breakdown of where each division started and direction they are headed. He showed us the TV video of his Television appearance in South Florida and then gave us the guided tours.
First we saw the CIGAR storage, 1,000's of Dominican cigars, various brands, sizes and price ranges. Even tried a sample. Quite smooth. Second, we toured through Capi's Deli soon to be Mulberry Street and spoke to the managers, chefs and staff. They carry specialty product lines i.e. olive oils, dressings, fresh produce, pastries and of course a vide variety of deli meats. We reviewed the Mulberry advertisements and saw the blue prints for the new store front layout.
Then we drove off Glades Road to the Hair Salon / Skin Clinic. A large, modern beautiful establishment with marble tile, bright lights and many mirrors. 20 - 30 women were having their hair and / or nails done. We met with the MD who runs the hair / skin clinic. He gave us a demo of both the skin and hair devices. Quite remarkable machines. The hair device manipulates the scalp to best determine hair oil levels and exports data for hair replacement procedures. The skin device acts like a vacuum / sand blaster all in one for the skin. This advanced machine actually removes unwanted brown spots on the skin and makes rough skin softer.
The tour was finished at Don's Golf Club where Don treated about 10 of us to lunch. Thanks DON. TokyoMex enjoyed one of Boca's finest 9 holes as I stayed in with the gang, talked DCGR and watched CNBC.
Economist J. Wesley Savage Has reported on DCGR and is optimistic on the company's developments, plans to incorporate DCGR into near future radio broadcasts and print publications.
Dennis Thomas DCCR's Investor Relations Witnessed DCGR's share count from May 1998 listed from the transfer agent. Feels those shareholders who have purchased DCGR a higher levels will wish to average down at current levels. Once financials are released which according to the auditors will be Wednesday, so assume SEC, EDGAR filing out by Thursday, or Monday July 6 latest.
