That's a good point.

I'll mention this once again.

Look at CTEC and ADVH on a 5 day chart. They are moving identical.

If the rumor of a share buyback is true that will certainly help jack the price up. We'll see.

Maybe H&Q Analyst was asleep at the switch....but if managmenet is not forthright with the analyst and there was no public impirical data to suggest a problem, you can't fault the analyst. My guess, management was not forthcoming with all the information, they were slow to "get the bad news out" and they either kept hoping something good would happen before the problmes were exposed, or they wanted to wait just long enough for the insiders to sell their shares.

Can't blame H and Q for this one...I just think the downgrade investment bank speak is humorous....and presents conflicts
