Nasi Investors: I just got off the phone with M. Curtrer, CEO: I will try to summerize what he said and you can be the judge where nasi turns: 1. Since I heard a 'rumor' that Mntr was not able to sell all the seeds that Nasi was manufacturing, I asked him if this was true. A. His response was that orginally Mntr was not sure that Nasi would hit their goal of 10000/week. As this would be a disaster, if they had to report that nasi would not mfg 10000/week and would have to tell customers 'we are not ready'. But now that Nasi is hitting the goal, Mntr has hired and training additional sales force. In fact, nasi took 2 sales personal away from thrx. "In Mike's words " Mntr is "increasing sales force significantly" 2. Since I heard a rumor that Demand VS Supply for the seeds is not as great as orginally projected, i asked about if that was true or not: A. His rsponse was that the demand and supply based on every- thing that is known will even out sometime per some analyst. However: that demand will grow as : 1. The baby boomer continues to grow older and prostate cancer is a big problem 2. More and more doctors are learning about the procedure and attending classes to do the operation instead of surgery. 3. The general population becomes more educated. 4. The advent of the PSA test will get patients to the doctor and use the seed before cancer has progressed too far. 3. I asked Mike about the Palladium approval by FDA: A. Approval of the Palladium should come any day as it has passed all the requirements (apparantly they talk to the FDA to get updates). 4. Mike also mentioned their first unit the accelator should be ready by Sept. I know from the shareholder meeting that this a linear accelator (Cost about 1Mil to build)which takes the place of the Cyclon Accelator, the type Thrx uses (Cost about $5mil to build) will be tested to see if they can produce the palladium seed with this unit. The Linear Accelator uses less parts and produces more seeds than the type thrx uses. We will Have to wait on this one. The Bottom Line: I personally have made a Lot of money off of NAsi's stock by buying tons of share below $2. I admit I have sold shares in the last year up to a couple of months ago. I bought because my confidence in M. Cutrer and the basics of the Financial Statements. I bought some share today because even it the stock goes down more(I will buy more), I am very confident that Nasi in the long run, will again award me handsomely as at these prices, it is a lot less risky and they have more things going when I bought the stock below $2. I know some of my analysis is somewhat simple, but it is a fairly simple business all about supply/demand and a company's ability to meet these requirements in a very profitable way, which ultimately benefits us as shareholders. Thanks, Richard
