You might want to read up a little on investing. Most long investment styles include some element of buying at low prices and selling at higher prices. i.e. if a stock is a low point, you might consider buying rather than selling. Conversely, at a later date you might consider selling (after the stock price increases.)

A good starting point for you might be to do an internet search for "investment+tutorial+very+simple."

Hope this helps. BTW- I don't believe that "Waasup" is an English word. Perhaps you meant to say "I noticed something very interesting about AMD's stock price. How should we interpret this information?"
