Space Cadet,

I only cashed out my July MSFT calls. I still hold the stocks and August 105 calls.

I think that you still might catch the DELL train in two weeks. However, I am almost certain that you will have to pay more than 100 for the stud by then. The rally about DELL, as I experienced before, is wild and relentless. Although nothing as crazy as internet studs, I rank it as the best rally among the big four. It should hit 120 by mid August. And more likely higher...because after the LU, MSFT, CSCO and internet issues earning rally, DELL will be the only star left to lead the final stage of a summer rally.

I watched the DELL trading tape closely today and obviously that this issue had huge resistance at 94. Big short sellers seem to have determined not to let their last defense break. I guess that shorters are not willing to let the bulls take control of 'the most important America stocks' too easily.:)

I think that this summer rally can double your current portfolio easily if you trade some options on the long side.

Also agree with you that current shorters of internet issues are the most intelligent, and also the most STUPID investors. They truly deserve the bitter fruit they are forced to take right now.

good luck,
larry!
