Dr. Summers,

Gotta admit, valid point. I'm not sure of the current standings of the lawsuits. It seems to me that getting them settled favorably and quickly could only help the company if anyone is seriously looking at it.

Summers...

I met Steve Rash in Salt Lake City last week and asked him about this little suit you are in..

I guess you are going to deny that ,It was your Attorneys that wanted to push it back until after summer.

Steve Rash was very excited about the companies future! In his own words " ABMI IS IN THE BEST POSITION NOW THAT IT HAS EVER BEEN"

I saw the products and saw a video with Dr Ahn using them .

This presentation was extremely valuable in understanding what ABMI has to offer and see how the products are used.

I have better things to do than to argue with you about your suit.

Mean while you should try to find records of all the stock that you think ABMI owes you.

All I have to say to other people that read this thread is that after the meeting in SLC I am buying more ABMI.

So Summers .. You just keep thinking about your suit and we will see what happens

Dr. Summers,

You have an direct financial interest in the settlement of one or more of the legal actions in which your are a plaintiff against ABMI. To state that litigation (presumably yours) needs to be settled to increase ABMI stock value on the SI Board is probably a violation of the restrictions on comments about pending litigation, to the detriment of the opposing party, in this case ABMI.

You are well aware of the restrictions about comments on pending litigation in which you are involved because you told me in a previous post that you could not respond to my questions to you, because comments on pending litigation were prohibited.

It is my intent to report your internet posts to appropriate authorities, including ABMI management.
