Look at KLB. The Internet rally is starting to spread from the quality stocks like AOL and YHOO to dogs like that (and NSCP -g-). That is what signaled the last peak, in April.

FWIW, 2 of the most prominent Internet stocks, CMGI and AOL, have tripled their peak in the Spring 1996 frenzy! CMGI had an 80% bear market off that peak, and has still come back to triple it. That's remarkable.
