HTSF Update: I haven't had a chance to respond but we have been many many meetings lately and most if nearly all can not be disclosed; 1. The reason press releases are not showing up on EDGAR is that we have been filining them manually - I just found this out after I called the SEC to find out why. We will refile everything before that is not showing up their by the end of July, 1998. 2. Yes - we have any potential press releases holding for after the holiday. 3. It has become public information that we are in strategic negotiations with other education ompanies. 4, 10Qs have a deadline of 45 days after quarter ending with out filing an extention. 5. Year endings reports have 90 days with an extention. As Busy as things are going to get in July, I might suggest that someone from SI might be appointed a Heartsoft hit man to call me every two weeks or so to get a better and faster update. Any takers?
