Craig,

When the fab. decision was made everybody was doing it, due to severe fab. shortages.

Including ALSC, ALTR, LSCC, SIII,XILINX and many more.

Now everybody is regretting it.

It was the right decision but know everyone is screwed. It is much better to be lucky than smart, and the fab. timing was awfull.

I agree with you regarding Lexar. They should settle and make it a win/win deal for everyone.

They should focus on new great products and build a killer patent portfolio. Just look at RMBS and it's valuation (which is a bit too high IMHO), but still SNDK can have a great valuation, low expenses, and no worries regarding sales/mfg./fabs/work in process etc.

Regards,

Kash

Craig,

Please define "big gun". Are you saying that SNDK tried to acquire Lexar Media earlier in the year or wanted to cross-license their patents?
