Welcome back Steve, I was beginning to get worried about you. Now we can get the company's point of view on whatever is going on here. What do you know about this supposed buyer of Oil-X stock?

I don't have access to the aol thread but a few things have been mentioned her about califtalk or someone like that saying he is why the volume has risen so much these past few days. Is this the guy?

Where do you suppose this guy got his information about Oil-X? Are the financials out?

P.S. If when you say we need some comic relief here that Oil-X is a joke i completely agree with you.

Welcome back, Steve. You have sincerely been missed!

Now that you're back perhaps you could answer a few questions:

In today's Caye Chapel press release is the following statement:

CAYC also has the right to convert its investment in Oilex, Inc. (OTC BB:OLEX) into common shares and has been discussing the possible consolidation of the two entities.

1. I'd have to go back and review all of your posts but I was sure that you stated on this thread that the "deal was done". Which is it? Is the deal done or is the deal under discussion?

2. From whom is Caye Chapel going to acquire 30 portable swabbing units? Titan (sorry, Power Exploration)? In light of Titan's apparent difficutly in producing swabbing units how can they produce thirty of them? Why the name change and trading symbol change for Titan Energy?

3. Where did the 2 million shares plus that have apparently been acquired by "Califtalk" come from? Certainly, if as you have said many times, the value of these companies is somewhere up well over $3.00 or $4.00/share, how did someone manage to buy 22-23% of the company in the open market for only .13/share? Were these shares truly purchased on the open market or were they private pre-arranged transactions working through a certain market maker who had advance knowledge of the transactions? Did Oilex have knowledge of these transactions prior their implementation?

4. In your discussions with your good friend, Allen Burditt, have you been able to learn the identity of our mystery buyer?

5. Why can't any of the companies involved in this whole inter-locking arrangement keep the same business name and trading symbol for more than a year or two? Why the constant need to merge/consolidate/acquire and change your public identity?

6. Knowing your good relationship with Mr. Joe Bill Bennett, are you invested in Titan or the swabbing units personally? Any plans to do so in the near future?

7. Have you heard from Omar lately? Is he still with the company? If so, for how long?

8. Finally, when will Oilex be filing their long overdue financials? Any specific reason why they can't get them filed? And why would anyone invest the money necessary to acquire 22-23% of the company without having the financials available to them?

Welcome back, Steve. Believe it or not, we have missed you. Glad to have you back.

Offie

Steve,
I you followed any of Oilex's PR you would've been broke. CAYC is no diff. The hype started when the stock was trading at over $3, just to remind you. That's close to a 95% loss (if not 98%). I'm glad you enjoyed my post. Too bad you couldn't attack it. (I did write you back the last time, but the SI folks took it off for using the BS word.)
Happy July 4th to you and all,
Marty
