Au contraire. I hope Cyrix/NSM sticks around making low end x86 chips. That way I get some laughs when I want it.

Very perceptive. As an Intel investor that is what I am counting on. You are familiar with the maxim "If you want the pain to stop -stop the pain." Well that is precisely what NSM will ultimately do with respect to the x86 debacle.

Within another six months NSM investors will not only be receptive to the idea of exiting the x86 market, they will demand it.
