Joe, the FIC VP503+ has the advantage with 1MB L2 cache and the ability to run the CPU and L2 at 100MHz while keeping the RAM memory bus at 66MHz. You can reuse your existing SDRAM or EDO with only a small performance penalty and the AT layout is great for upgrades (the new Acer board requires an ATX case).

I bought a VP503+ for my son for a measly $91. Once we add an overclocked K6-3D/266, I may never win another round of Quake.
