Joe, I started with this company in '91. Have bought as low as US$1.10. I don't think of them as promoters, nor do any of the regulars who frequent this site. If anything, SUF has been ultra-conservative about property prospects and they do not project future stock values. Please come back here after 1 and 2 years and let's then see where the price is. O.k.? I'm sometimes accused of being terse and offensive. That's not my intent here. Just sharing my thoughts as you did. ValuePro

Joe: A couple of points... I hope you're not serious to suggest that HA is on SUF's payroll? If thats what you're implying, watch it -- defamation of character is a crime, even on SI. Second, show me where SUF is guilty of "fake promoting"! If it were so, the regulatory authorities (TSE) would be all over CJ! The tone of your message is clear to me -- so you're bitter because you bought at $18! So what! In a few months you wished you had bought some at today's prices... Still it doesn't give you a licence to sling mud at either HA, or CJ, or SUF. You want an independent report... Good luck. What you have to do is get ALL available reports -- you'll find them on SUF's website, or phone the brokerage firms which issued them and they'll mail you the copies -- and study them carefully. I assumed that you had done your DD before you paid $18/share. This is my second run with SUF... I was in it first in 1992, and returned to SUF in 1995... after I did my DD!. Good luck! Goalie.
