Kent,
THANK you for the insight. Your clarity and analysis is appreciated.

I had planned on attending the annual meeting today. but was detained.
I'm curious as to what was discussed by management. I'm sure the usual positive dialogue was the plan of the day. At any rate, I'm going to contact IR and see if a transcript is available.

Regards,
Spaw

KB,
I believe corporation building and selling is Mr. Edgecomb's MO. I see Star's product line as fitting nicely into a larger corporation's portfolio, such as AT&T. T appears to be very focused on maintaining its position as leader. Interesting possibilities.

Kent,

Do the strengths you point out based on the ethnic mix of PT-1s customer base also apply to other companies such as Startec Global. I have positions in both. Are they potential partners or competitors?

Best Regards,

Bill
