Ala takes DSC..direct shot a LU...Ala needs help fulling JPC so approaches WSTL for subcontract...ALA realizes buy of WSTL would give them BEL because DCS only wouldn't lock BEL...ALA also realizes WSTL would give them direct to BT...Will LU defend its turf...LU buy shuts ALA from BEL lock and BT...Also, LU needs standard DMT is volume thru WSTL-TXN-MOT..LU has time to market investment with WSTL....IF LU could pay 1bill for yuri and 3bill for octl...WSTL has big upside! Company is up for sale......
