When did you call the company? Are they currently producing? <All investors do not have access to company info as we do through the net.> I would caution you that the information on this forum is not company information. GC, you hit the nail on the head IMO. The company has to issue the 8K as soon as possible to ensure that the public has adequate and accurate information. From reading previous Edgar filings one would conclude they are in production now. Apparently that isn't so. The 8K will supposedly clear up misconceptions based on previous filings.
