Frank. Internet stocks. What could happen at this point? I have been in and out of Seek and Amzn sev. times. I bought Netscape this morning. I bought it for my IRA and it moved quite nicely today. I think that Netscape could do some moving. As far as internet is concerned Netscape is believed to be still fairly cheap. Read Barron's on line. I had not looked at Netscape before but listened carefully yesterday and today. They are looking to hitch up with a media company like some of the search engines have done. The internet is still in its infancy. Talk is that there will be a billion of users within 3 years and that is only a fraction at this point. Those better internet plays may be growing at a high rate. Just think how far we have come in the last cpl of years. Anyway, worst case. Easy come, easy go. I am not head over heels in those stocks but got tired watching them go to the moon without me. I am not recommending those stocks. The bubble could burst but I do feel that Netscape has a ways to go. Maybe not overnight. gg.

The market did pretty well today. Technicians were worried that the DOW could end up below 8980. It did not. So now the saying goes that the summer rally is in tact. Profit taking is not ruled out though.

MO did well today. Now the States Attorney of Conn. wants to freeze 10 billion worth of Tobacco assets, if I remember correctly.

Most of our techs were down earlier today but then ended up positive. That should be a good sign. I will check the futures before I go off again and post it to you. That way you can compare in the morning.

Frank. You better get yourself a big cup of coffee. Lots of articles to read but they are worthwhile. Maybe our markets will do great on Thursday also. But one can never tell what happens by morning. gg.

Globex futures. Hm, the NAZ is down. Maybe the internet stocks. gg.

The following is looking good. It was not quite believed but maybe Japan is going to heed Mr. Rubin's words:
