What did I tell you guys... market makers bid the shares lower, only to aquire more for themselves at lower prices. Maybe they knew of the letter, or maybe they know the AGE deal is nearing completion. I was told by an individual close to the company that management is looking for $4 per share upon completion of the merger. My source (and myself) believe this may be a little optimistic, however, we'll have to wait and see. Can't say I particularly liked the letter, but I guess its better to have something as far as PR is concerned rather than nothing. It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. Ian
