To All,

Does anyone know if these reports could be scanned and saved in a different format. I could maybe get that done.

Thanks, Ray

OT - to save a Word 97 document in another format, bring up the document, then hit File, Save As. In the bottom of the dialogue box which pops up, you can list all the possible formats in the "Save As Type" bar under "File Name".

If the document is just text, save it as .txt. If it contains a lot of graphics or charts, I suggest using Word 6.0/95 at the end of the list. You may want to rename the document to remember it is a different version, like MedicalDevices95.doc. A Word95 document can be read by anyone with the standard Office95 setup or WordPerfect 6.1.
