#1 reason for not buying TSIG. I wouldn't invest in any company that owes the IRS withheld Social Security taxes. That money is not the company's money. It can not be used for any other reason. It is illegal not to pay this money directly to the IRS. One of the best ways for a company to go out of business is to not pay the employee's withheld taxes to the IRS. With all the phone calls to company officers reported, nobody has addressed that issue. Until I knew for sure that they were up to date with these payments, I wouldn't touch them. That's it!
