If this were 1997 I would predict a huge gap down, but in 1998 we must be cautious with not being disappointed by the direction of the stock even with horrible news. OCOM is in trouble, their technology as it exists does not work alone on twisted pair. That is a very serious problem.

Their needed financing package fell through.
