Agreed. There are no cheap puts that are near the money. But far out of the money puts are sort of affordable. Look at AMZN Oct/Jan 45.
It feels like AMZN can never trade down in 45 from this height - but it has happened before.

Also - what points do you disagree about ? I am sure you agree if that AAmazon.com does miss numbers, it will drop fast. Then the thing you must disagree about is that AMZN does not have any chance of missing numbers. What makes you so sure ?
