Actually buying a chemical treatment company doesn't seem so unrelated - they are in the business of providing clean water, to whatever standard needed, & that involves chemicals. But the proof is in the earnings... I am really out of touch with the company, what caused the huge Q3 negative?

Andrew,

>>>With todays AQ it would appear they are not focused at all, I mean really a chemical delivery system's company ???
Andrew <<<

This company usf is buying (Mega Systems and Chemical) is in the business of providing ultra-pure water for the microelectronics industry. Usf is in all facets of the water business; so it looks pretty focused to me. Usf has said many times they intend to be a major player is all sectors of the water business.

Best to you,
