understand what you are saying. I understand the growth. I do agree
with the leaders being AOL and YHOO. AMZN is so far behind them it is not
even a contender. Also, AMZN does a different thing. They buy
advertising. They do not sell it. Ah heck...I would not be surprised to see
the barnesandnoble site surpass hits compared to AMZN within a year or
two.

My position is AMZN is pure hype. AOL and YHOO are not.<<

Ok opinions aside, However the market says other wise.

Glenn- I agree with your reasoning. I boxed my AMZN briefly with YHOO long. AMZN is going up faster (which itself is outrageous) so its not a pure hedge but the internets move together. YHOO is much more solid so the downside should be better. I'm naked AMZN now because I do not want to be long any internet stock going into the 4th weekend and YHOO earnings. I worry holding them long during the day. Might be something to consider.
