Technically, Netscape had a textbook breakout today. I don't have a feel for their business model, and IBM's support for Apache is a real blow to their product plans, IMO. I'm staying away. I had my time with Netscape three years ago, it was wonderful, but I wouldn't sell AOL, ATHM, YHOO, or DCLK now to buy it.
