TO ALL: A TRULY SINCERE SUGGESTION FOR ENHANCING SHAREHOLDER VALUE! K: The reason why your antics will not succeed is because there is just too much talent, intelligence, and integrity among thread members to allow your nonsense to go uncontested. There are a good dozen and a half regular posters who have some essential element of knowledge that enables this board as a group to hold off your assault on LSI. We can readily identify your latest "good cop" act of "I'm just trying to help management market the stock". But wait. You are right. Despite our assorted talent, we are missing a marketing genius who can help LSI better reach the investment community. You da man K-TELL!Since you claim to have 75,000 shares of LSI, send me a private message with your real name and telephone number, and I will call the direct phone number of Robert Sisson who is Diana Matley's co-worker. You won't need to go through the 800 number of which you complained. I can assure you that he will return the call of a concerned shareholder with your holding size ex post haste. You can go right to the source and let LSI know of your marketing suggestions. Indeed, why pester Frank and others to write or call. You could use your leadership capabilities and use this board as a group source to essentially coordinate the composition of a group manifesto for marketing LSI stock which could be passed on to IR. Of course, LSI may need to verify your large position in the stock if they don't have it on record, just as they did with me, since I keep all of my equity holdings in "street name", but for a "deeply sincere investor such as yourself" (and persistent critic of IR who has handed out more than just a few morsels of misinformation about LSI), that should be no problem. One final word about LSI's IR department. When an analyst or institution initiates a call, she needs to go through IR to speak with any higher up executive. So you will start at the same level of entry as anyone else. Since you quite properly analogized high share price to employee happiness, I am sure that truly meaningful suggestions would be deeply appreciated. (From past experience with other companies, I can tell you that that is absolutely true). So don't let this entire thread down by failing to put together your comprehensive marketing plan to the investment community. You can be assured K The Not Very Clever, that should you fail to take me up on this offer, not only will this thread know it, but I have another cluster of frailties that lawyers as a group generally have--long memories, experience in fighting battles that take years to resolve, and the quiet grinding tenacity to win. The fast twitch muscle crowd such as yourself usually ends up beached--especially when they are just not very bright. So the next time you pull one of your patented hit and run tactics on another board, I'll be there as your best friend once again letting the masses know of your inability for telling the truth and passion for disseminating misinformation.
